Azarban Refractory Aria Company came to launch its site in the summer of 2018. Although this company was a successful one, it could not present its products on the web. The previous website of the company had been hacked and unusable.
The purpose of this project was to extract information from the previous site and to design a standard bilingual website.
Furthermore, the possibility of defining product datasheets and coordinating all pages of the site between Persian and English versions should be considered.
Company employees should also be trained to check their corporate E-mail, present the products information, review and respond to messages posted on the site.
The technical support such as controlling site security issues, controlling the optimization of site speed, and solving problems that cause disruption to the normal operation of the site was also needed.
one year of technical support was provided from the start of site design. Employer request This support has been extended to date.
Company introduction
Azarban Nasouz Aria Company was established in November 2014 and started its activities with the production of various types of refractory plaster for covering tundish of casting and steel factories.
After that, and in pursuit of market demand , started producing various kinds of refractory products Including alumina refractory concrete, casting powders, mortars, types of silica ramming mass refractories and a variety of special casting pieces .
Research and Development:
Quality control is one of the indispensable components of Azarban Nasouz Aria Company’s manufacturing process, so that all of the products produced are sampled and tested for mechanical properties.
Due to the vast knowledge of refractory materials and the modernization of this field of industry in the country, the area of research and development in this field is widely available and we consider the work in this area as the first step towards achieving self-sufficiency in the country.
Therefore, we will not miss any efforts in this direction and try to achieve the goal of the best brand of refractory products in Iran.
One of our researches is to reach the thermocouples probes production line, which is one of the most vital needs of the steel industries. In 2013, the company succeeded in producing and selling 400,000 pieces of thermocouple .
customer’s need
The company’s previous site, designed by someone else, had been hacked and virtually unusable. Due to the importance of having a website for companies and production units, it was decided to design a professional website with the ability to display products and create datasheets. Also, for the company to be able to introduce the site in exhibitions in different countries, it was designed to start the site in both Persian and English, and it is possible to add Arabic, etc. in the future and on the current site.
The lack of familiarity of the company with the site and the need to receive training and support for the basic and very important needs of the company.
Kicking off the project
First, all the information was extracted from the previous site, and with the meeting we had with the employees of Azarban company, all the required information, including photos, products, categories, and texts introducing the company, were prepared.
Due to the importance of hosting in the speed and security level of the site, a standard host was prepared and the site design process began.
The Result
After 28 days, the bilingual site was ready, and the sections that needed to be modified in terms of content and design were modified at the request of Azarban Company.
An in-person training session was provided to the company’s employees. Also, educational videos were provided to the representative introduced by the company so that he can easily manage the site using educational videos.
From the beginning of the contract, one year of technical support was provided, which has been extended to the request of the employer until today, and they use our services.
