Efforts to develop culture and knowledge take place through the study of books. A bookstore only sells books to customers who pass in front of the store. However, with the help of a website, people from all over the world can use bookstore services.
April 2019, the customer contacted us with the aim of starting an online business and selling books internationally, especially in Australia. The method of advertising and marketing was through Facebook and LinkedIn, which the customer had enough control over. But there was a need for a good online store and strong support, and in this project we tried to move things forward in the best possible way and according to the customer.
introduction
Readers are leaders because they understand that knowledge is the key to success and reading books is a great source of that knowledge. Leaders read books because they know this is one of the best ways to learn things they don’t know and to reinforce the things that they do know.
We started more than 15 years ago and as part of our big success, we have been recognised as the best seasonal book and the best book of the year. But our growth and success is a testament to our readers passion and vision. Who always ask us more and be our main enthusiasm to keep going.
Now we use our knowledge and do our best to be a connection for those who wants to read Persian books such as but not limited to poem, art, history, novel, kid and child books.

customer’s need
The main goal of this project was to set up a bilingual online store with the ability to pay online and by the standards of Australia.
In site design projects, support is very important and during the first year, many changes were made in the design of different parts of the site and according to the feedback of buyers from the site, the site became more complete and better than before. After the first year, the technical support services and site development services were extended at the request of the customer and have continued until now.
The lack of familiarity of the company with the site and the need to receive training and support for the basic and very important needs of the company.
Kicking off the project
At first, we decided to design the store using an open card. But after talking to the customer and understanding his needs, we concluded that the best way is to use WordPress and WooCommerce Store Builder. The design of this site, like other projects, is done according to the customer’s opinion and taste and is unique.
The Result
The output of this project is a bilingual store site designed with WooCommerce. This site is fully compatible and responsive with all devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and computers.
Also, all the necessary training for order management, the arrival of new products, controlling the inventory of books, etc. were provided to the customer via video.
